I am having a hard time finding a lot of the products in Ontario as I live in a smaller city with only 1 small health food store and hate to spend all the money on mail
order. Ontarians what marjarines are you using, oils, meat substitutes, even the powders, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Schneiders has a new line of fake meats called "Oh Naturel" and are tasty substitutes for red meat.
Soy milk I like Silk brand Chocolate Soy Milk and you should be able to find it in your grocery store.
I use Becel brand margarine as it's non hydrogenated.
You should be able to find soy cheeses, etc. also in your deli section of the grocery store. Just check and ask. I live in a small town too, and I have access to this stuff. You should be able to find at least some of them.
Another good substitue for ground beef is Yves "Ground Round". Check your meat section.

Hi! I tried e-mailing you back and it got sent back. So here's what I was going to say:
Silk brand Soy milk is best but I don't think Zehrs carries it.
Zehrs carries a decent "too good to be true" brand chocolate soy milk. So good strawberry is also good.
Zehrs carries OKCHEESE brand soy cheeses in feta, parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella.
