I thought sourdough would be best, but Shells recipe involves yeast. I'm not sure about the sugar content, but I know there's no yeast... you could probably also just omit the sugar, since the bread won't require it for rising, but I have no idea what it'll taste like. You might want to add a little stevia (available from health food stores) instead of the sugar. Oh yeah - there's at least one recipe for it in the recipe index, or you can do a search with no time limit.
