Still a little headachey, but not as bad. Keeping up the Vitamin C drops for a few more days to be on the safe side though.

I fixed this for lunch on a lark and I love it! The ginger is a little strong for me but I can always cut down. I think I found a new favorite comfort food!

It will be a wonderful dinner for cold evenings! All three cold night a year that we have in Houston!

bill's uncle who lives in the phillipines is arriving in town today and we're having dinner with him tonight at my MIL's (and I think from the phone conversation he travelled with his filipino wife and child this time!)

Cold by TEXAS standards everyone...Bevrs makes fun of me...anything under 70 degrees in Houston is cold. This recipe is soooooo yummy.

Just made this ... very easy and it was fantastic!! The only thing is, does it have a "real" name?? I feel kinda funny telling my husband there's leftover Filipino invalid food in the fridge if he wants it.
