Mine kept edibly for several days in the fridge.

For this recipe, I used a liquid egg white, from a carton - they're pasteurized - but I love the powdered kind. They keep forever and I'll use them half and half with the liquid ones in some of Heather's bread recipes.

hi, this whipped cream is fabulous, and i try it with only 1/4 cup of sugar .
