Great ideas.....all of them. I use rice syrup when I think of it, otherwise it sits in the back of the refrigerator. Love using brown rice flour too.......the white stuff is to grainy by itself but ok if mixed with the brown. And (more) applesauce? Hey, I love the stuff...could put it on top of pizza and be happy..LOL UUUmm... warm homemade applesauce w/cinnamon on top of pancakes...yummers!!
