rice krispy squares

Hey everybody,
I'm new here but i've been following the diet for a while now and it works great! I was just wondering if anyone has a recipy for rice krispy squares. I have been having the worst craving for them. also, is soy sauce safe to eat with rice??

I don't have any trouble with soy sauce - in fact, I love HanSolo's Fried Rice .
I think it's an individual thing, though. You should check the label - you might find MSG in some soy sauces. Also, if you're sensitive to wheat, you should check the label for that, too.
