We eat this at least 3 times a week. Measurments are APROX. see notes below

for 2 pple
2 Tilapia fillets (thawed)
aprox 1/3 - 1/4 cup FF Italian dressing (Wishbone)
s&p, Old Bay, Cumin
IBS safe margarine aprox 1-2 tbsp
water 2 1/2 cups
Jasmine rice 1 cup
Bring to boil 2 1/2 cups water with 1-2 tbsp margarine. Once boiled add 1 cup Jasmine rice place lid on and cook for 14- 15 min. MEANWHILE:
In large frypan squirt dressing in the bottom, enough to cover pan but not so fish is 'swimming" in it. Place 2 thawed fillets on top of dressing (I take them out of freezer half hr before this and place in bowl of cold water)
Sprinkle with s&p, old bay and cumin. Turn stove on about 5 (med) Place lid on and cook for about 4 min. flip over gently, don't season other side. Let cook for another 4 min aprox. then flip back over, leaving lid on.
Once rice is cooked, (fish is timed to be done same time) Place rice on plate s&p it and place fillet on top. NUMMY !!!!!!!!! oh my, I can't urge you enough to try this.
See notes:
Buy these at Walmart if possible they are CHEAPER
fish come in large blue box I think sea best imported it is called. They comes indiv. pcgkd so u take 2 out and thaw (DONT unwrap)
Jasmine rice is Golden star large yellow bag only 3.00. FF Italian wishbone is the best (tried other ones)
This recipe is "in my head" sorry so the measurments are aprox. Tilapia is a nice mellow tasting fish.
