If so, did you make any modifications to the recipe? How many muffins do you think a half-batch of the chocolate applesauce cake would make? And how long should I bake them for? Yep, any quick bread recipe will work as muffins. A half-recipe of the chocolate-applesauce bread will make 10-12 muffins (I just go by however many servings the recipe says each loaf should make, so I'm sure I'm getting one serving at a time and not several! ). Test them with a toothpick after 20 minutes, and bake longer if they need them. Enjoy! Thanks, Casey Good idea about the servings/loaf - that is why I wanted to make muffins anyway.
