Already bought the veggies. But I want to make it without chicken and I can't eat tomatoes. Can, I just boil some water with olive oil or flaxseed oil and add the veggies? Veggies: Kale, garlic cloves, oregano leaves, parsley leaves, green onions, sweet onion, potatoes, cellery, purpe turnip, rutabaga. If I CAN do oil...how much is a decent amoutn for all those veggies?
