Soy yogurt salad

Take a container of plain soy yogurt and add 2 parts olive oil and 1 part vinegar. Add whatever veggies you want that are safe for your tummy! You can also add garlic if you want as well. I put lettuce in mine. No cucs or tomatoes for me...but put whatever works for you. MMMMMMM MMMM GOOD!

hello
I am new to this site and info about ibs. Though I was just diagnosed with it a few yrs ago. I probally have had it for years and thought it was just from being pregant 24 yrs ago, and not able to relax to go to the bathroom. Anyway, since soy yogurt is acceptable for us. Does the same thing go for Soy Milk? I have been on that for a few years, but I usually buy the vanilla soy milk that is refrigerated, or I buy the Refrigerated kind form trader joes.

...read the diet guidelines!

I buy the long-life soy milk at my supermarket, but that's cos I'm used to it and so like the taste (plus the refridgerated stuff goes off on me!).
