Eggs to egg beaters

How do you exchange eggs for egg beaters? Or does it say on the box? I haven't one handy. Also can you substitute a ingredient named 1 egg yolk with egg beaters?

The EggBeater containers say 1/4 cup EggBeaters is equal to 1 egg.
I'm not a skilled enough cook to answer your question about substituting EggBeaters for one egg yolk. Volume-wise, I'd think 1/8 cup of EggBeaters would equal 1 egg yolk, but I think the question of whether you can do the substitution would depend on what you're making. There are other people on the Board who know far more about cooking than I do, so maybe one of them can be more help with that part of your question.

Sand is right- the yolk issue would depend on WHAT it is your making.. sorry I can't help more, but without knowing what you're making, not much I can do.. some recipes you could, others you can't.
