Trish - don't give up on losing weight or following Heather's game plan. I made her cheesecake for company the other day and I really liked it. No body else said anything else about it. We had strawberries and cool whip on top. I never said it was made from tofu, but I really like it. The graham cracker crust got all gushy (wet and soggy) and I just love it like that. I think I'll keep the rest for myself and eat some every day or maybe even twice a day. It's kinda like a mousse it's so creamy.
Anyway, keep up the good work. We say heaps here too, BTW!

I just got round to trying this recipe, and it is great. I really like that it's low in sugar too.
I tried something different and used two egg whites, substituted maple syrup for the honey, added half a cup of mixed frozen berries, half an eating apple chopped fairly small and spinkled a small amount of brown sugar on top of each muufin.
Have to say, a total winner, one of my new favourites I think. If only I'd had pecans in the cupboard....

I have a question about your Honey Oatmeal Muffins. The directions say to mix first 5 ing in bowl. Then egg, honey etc...the egg is the 5th ing. Just wondering.

It's supposed to be first 4. Heather had them in the newsletter before, and it says 4 there: web page Heather made a few adjustments to make it easier to understand. I just realized she left it at 14 muffins in the newsletter though! LOL That's too funny, because you can see in this thread Sharon said she'd made that mistake and where do you see muffin tins with 14 holes. Sharon is so funny - I really miss her on the boards.
