Oh GOOD... I'm so glad you liked the Mango Cake/Bread We really liked it too...we still have 3 slices left... I took a few to the girls in my kickboxing class last night too... yummy stuff.

Just have to share this funny story about this cake. I had a mango in the frig and thought I would make this last night, well following the directions at the bottom made me forget a few important ones like flour and sugar!!!!!  Also I was distracted by the one year old that was hanging on my leg! Needless to say I had a very eggy casserole mango pinapple concoction with no sugar in it!!! My husband just laughed at me! I really want to try this again. I have no idea why I thought that I could make a cake without flour or sugar. It might have been ok if I had at least added the sugar!!!!! OY! Where is my brain lately?????

OH NO!! lol   You must have printed it BEFORE I edited the origainal post... (go see it now) I noticed when I was making mine that it might be an issue so I changed the directions.... please try it again...it really is yummy!!
