Sorbet, Italian Ices

I'm searching for low acid, low sugar, low fat sorbet or Italian ices recipes that are to be freezed in an ice cream freezer. I've tried strawberry & grape, which taste wonderful, but both of them make my tongue break out in sores. If it's to be milk based, I would use vanilla flavored ice milk. Any suggestions?

I just returned a book to the library called The Ultimate Ice Cream Book by Bruce Weinstein, and they had a whole section in there about sorbets. You can check it out or I copied some of the recipes if you'd like me to post. What fruit can you have? (they do have a chocolate sorbet too if you can tolerate chocolate)

Thanks for your reply. I'll buy the book. My sensitivies mutate making eating a game of Russian roulete. I'll see if the book offers some creative ideas for me.
