Reged: 10/14/04 Posts: 2518 Loc: Michigan Yes this is how I make it since I don't own a bundt pan either...but just like Linz and Amie said check it after 20 minutes. I think mine was done by 25 minutes! You will love this cake it is sooooooo good! For a really good topping on it I used Brittany's recipe that calls for soy chocolate milk and confenctioners's sugar. Just mix together and pour on. I put the cake in the frig because of the topping and I liked it better cold. I don't really want to buy a bundt pan; as a college student I'm not sure it's worth the investment.
