This is a great chicken recipe. I usually serve it with rice and a veggie. So easy to make and it really has a lot of flavor. I find if you cut the chicken breasts in half, they only take about 30 min to cook and are very tender. Moist Garlic Chicken

I'm a big fan of quick chicken. I don't even know where to begin! What sort of flavors are you looking for? Here are a few ideas:
Asian Baked Chicken in Vinegar Sauce Crispy Herb Baked Chicken Easy Dijon Chicken Nova Scotia Maple Chicken Oriental Baked Chicken Paprikash Chicken
Those are about the simplest I have.

I usually only put sage and thyme on my chicken and stick it in the oven. Maybe I'll try some of these easier ones for some variety!

You're so welcome! I thought of one more thing I love to do. If you can find it, this is the best marinade I've ever had. I was just lucky enough to notice it at a local Menonite store. It looks like you can buy it online, too!
Amalfi Coast
It does have HFCS, but it's never bothered me, and other than that it's totally safe. I don't even do what it says there, I just bake chicken breasts for about 25 minutes, then pour that marinade over it and bake it for about another 20-25 minutes, basting it occassionally. It's always delicious!
