I am not sure how to substitute the whole eggs and butter. Help!!! If it calls for two eggs, put in 4 whites. As for the butter, I substitute apple butter. You may want to cut down on the sugar though as the apple butter makes it sweeter. The taste and consistency will be different, but at this point it's a wonderful fat free treat.
