For all those Aussies out there, do you know where we can find Apple Butter or how to make it?

Trish - I posted this awhile back: Slow Cooker Apple Butter .
I made it last fall, and the flavor was really good. I can't remember, but I think it was a little more watery than store bought. I assume this is because it's made in the slow cooker.
Also, try here on fatfree.com : web page . I've never tried any of these, but if you do, let us know how it came out.
Or or course, one of your fellow Aussies may let you know where you can buy it.

Hi Mags - as I packed my lunch for work last night I thought "apple butter is expensive & hard to find". Thanks for the recipe, I'll make it in the fall when there's lots of local, organic apples around! I love these message boards!
