The Joys of Orzo

I don't know if anyone has heard of or tried cooking with Orzo, but it's a type of pasta that looks kind of like rice. It might be a nice alternative to people who eat a lot of rice and it should be sold in most grocery stores. They even make tricolor variations too. Anyhow I was just about to make dinner and I thought I'd mention this. It tastes great with chicken 0r fish or a little pasta sauce...pretty much anything

I like orzo too. I have noticed it isn't often included with the other pasta shapes at the store. I have to get it at a fancy grocery store. I made this recently.
