Note about Tilapia

Attention Wal-Mart shoppers 
you can buy a huge box of Tilpia for like 12.00 at WM. The plus about this (besides the price) inside each fillet is individually packed so if you only want one for supper take one out. I take the fillets out and place them in a bowl of cold water and they are thawed and ready to go in less than 1/2 hr.

Aww. My Walmart doesn't have any frozen foods! I guess because it's not a "super" Walmart. But I did find frozen Haddock fillets at Price Chopper, so I got some of those!
