Last night I made Shell's recipe for Oven Fried Chicken. But it didn't come out real crispy with the bread crumbs on it. Does anyone have any ideas as how to get that "fried" crunchiness the IBS way??

Shell- No actually it was the Oven Fried Honey chicken where you use balsaic vinergar, honey, olive oil and bread crumbs. This other one sounds really good though! Do you think it makes the chicken crispier?

After baking my chicken at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes for the boneless chicken breast I will then put them under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. This really does make a nice crust on the chicken.

Also I used drumsticks instead of chicken breasts. They were very juicy so I wondered if that made them soggy?

Oh, ok... this one OVEN Fried Honey Chicken I really liked this one... did you use foil? I would try this.... just before you put it into the oven spray the coating with a little butter flavored cooking spray (like Pam) that should make it crisp up... after the cooking time has passed, turn the broiler on for a few minutes and just watch it close.
