For everyone who craves McDonald's breakfast as much as I do. Didn't have any reactions and everything is pretty safe.

place o-ring of canning lid onto a pam-sprayed pan- heat to high.
pour 2 egg whites into ring, holding it tight to the pan with a spatula or spoon. ---- this is tricky!!!
let the egg turn white and pretty cooked.
toast 2 english muffins in the mean time.
slide spatula under the egg and lid.
if it doesn't run, get the egg out of the ring (a little tricky) then flip and cook until egg is completely cooked. put 2 slices of tufu/soy cheese on english muffins.
place egg on cheese
(i added a little maple syrup to mine to make it take extra good)
put english muffins together with cheese and egg together and ENJOY!!
