This morning, I made a smoothie with protein powder, carob powder, ricemilk and mango in my new food processor and it worked great! The only problem was that it was a little hard to pour out because the liquid was higher that the top of the middle part of the shaft, so if I had removed the blade, it would have all poured into the space between the work bowl and the piece where the blade attaches (that probably makes no sense, I think if you make one you will know what I mean!). So next time, I think I will just make half as much and then maybe make more if I need to. Just thought I'd share that!

I tried making a smoothy for the first time last night in my blendser, it was SOOO good.. a little thick, but good... and it didn't hurt my tummy!
