I've just found out I have IBS. I'm finding this web site very helpfull. I don't see any men on this site. My name is Albie. I'm retired. I like to cook. I find the recipe page very helpfull.Looking forward to learning all I can. Happy New Year to everyone.

And happy new year to you too! If you'd like, you can introduce yourself around in the Living Room, too - that's our "social room", and there's a lot more people floating in and out of there (although it's a little quiet on this holiday weekend, too).
