Hey Guys,
I'm hoping someone who's more baking savvy than I might be able to help me with this. I'm making these almond cookies for my family for Christmas, but I don't see them until Sunday and I have to bake them today. I'm wondering, how long do you think they would last? Should I keep them in the fridge or freeze them? If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it...I'm really dumb when it comes to this stuff. I'm following the recipe exactly (no IBS friendly substitutes) since it's not for me Here's a link to the recipe: http://www.favoritebrandrecipes.com/Recipes/695/1821001695.htm

Thanks guys!
Kelly

grandma used to make them. I think unless I missed something that they should be put in an airtight container and maybe somewhere cool. I doubt they need refridgeration. Maybe it is 40-50 degrees outside where you are (I didn't notice where)and they could go outside or in the garage. But anyway I could be wrong.

Put the cookies in an airtight container and place a piece of bread in with the cookies. The bread will go stale and the cookies will stay fresh.

I used to send military care packages..it was the only way to go!
