This isn't even a recipe it's so simple, but I've been making it for a while and realized I never shared it here! I just take a flour tortilla (whatever size you want) and throw in some chopped, cooked chicken breast. I often use a storebought one like Louis Rich if I don't have any leftover chicken! Then I throw in some chopped or shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, drizzle it with some fat free Thousand Islands dressing, and wrap it up! Voila! A quick and yummy wrap that goes great with Baked Lays.
One note about the dressing. I use Kraft Free Thousand Islands, which does contain HFCS and a tiny amount of egg yolks. I'm sure you could sub another dressing if that's a problem for you! Also, use whichever veggies you tolerate best!
