especially this one.

I'd try it with rice powder instead of the soy.. I sure would like to know if this comes out ok, and if it is remotely similar to the real stuff, which I have a can of on the shelf and would love to use, but if the sub is as good will go with it to make something safe I can enjoy too.

Kandee, I've used that one I posted in a couple of recipes and it worked out great! I'm not sure how it would work with the rice milk, but I don't see why it would make too much of a difference!

Well, I don't know why not either, since it has enough other things to cover up that terrible taste of the rice powder..LOL...Since you recommended it, I'll try it now, but think I will still open a can of the real stuff and compare the two with a (tiny) taste test, before I put it into a recipe. May I ask what you used it in?

Actually, I used it in homemade Bailey's Irish Cream... not IBS safe, I know! It tasted great in that. I guess I've never used it in anything baked, come to think of it!
