Any suggestions for an easy appetizer to take for a 2 hr road trip?

I have a holiday party coming up in few weeks that is in Cleveland. It is a 2 hour trip for me and my friend said to bring an easy appetizer that will travel well. Anyone have any great suggestions? I would like to make it a hearty one since it could be one of the few things I could eat!

Try my Syrian Potato Salad . It doesn't need refrigeration and is super yummy. Everyone always loves it.

Actually a teaching partner of mine is part Syrian and Lebanese(sp) and she always is talking about this potatoe salad that she makes. I didn't realize it was IBS safe. Thanks for the reply I'll take it into consideration!!

Heathers Portobello Mushroom and Sundried Tomato Bruschetta...
I made it last week for a holiday party. It was a big hit and it would travel well. It is in her cookbook.
