Found a cheaper soy milk!

I was shopping at Walmart this weekend & found that they have a Walmart-brand soy milk now! I bought the vanilla just to give it a try. It tastes good. Woohoo! It's nice to be able to save a little money. Soy milk can be so expensive. It was about $1 cheaper per carton compared to Silk.

does it have Carageenan in it? if not it might be worth a trip to a walmart to stock up... if so, not worth it.

carageenan is a thickening agent, it causes migraines in some people- including me.. its actually related to MSG, so if your sensitive to MSG it might be soemthing to see about if it affects you or not..
