Boy am I excited. I found a new vegan cheese that's so yummy! It melts and does not resemble plastic at all like so many others.

It's called "Vegan Gourmet" and I got the soya mozerella flavour. Here's their website: www.imEarthKind.com

I can't wait to make a pizza. I had it melted on my bagel and it was so good.

YAY!!!!!!!

alittle high in fat, but if not over used and with alot of bread (as in your pizza or bagel) it should probably be fine!
I have heard Panda say that Soymage melts good, too, but Ikeep forgetting to look for it in HFS. I beleive it is vegan.
Thanks for the heads up!

It would be so great to be able to make pizza! I cheated & had regular pizza with my family this weekend, & BOY did I have horrific gas from it. AAHH!! It tasted great, but I don't think the after-effects were worth it.

I'll have to try this cheese soon.

It's so yummy!!! My non-vegan BF had some and said he'd even buy it.

Hello;
New to this board-hope to introduce myself soon better-but as good as this vegan cheese sounds,isn't it too high in fat?It's calorie from fat-total calorie ratio is pretty high.
Sincerely,
A.L.

Yes it is high in fat. I didn't have an attack but have only had it once.
