Saltines are another word for soda crackers. You can buy Premium Plus brand (salted or unsalted) or there are lots of brand Xs. The soda is good for I think (and someone correct me if I'm wrong,) I think it absorbs excess moisture/stomach acid and can help calm an upset tummy. -------------------- Formerly HanSolo.
