Mini loaf pans for bread

Hi, anyone bake mini-loaves of the breads in the IBS cookbook? If so, how long do you bake them for? And how many mini-loaves can you get from one recipe (if it makes two 9" loaves)?

I haven't made any of Heather's breads in mini-loaves yet, but I would figure that if a recipe makes 2 full-size loaves, it's going to make 5 or 6 mini's. As far as the baking time goes, if I'm remembering correctly, mine always took about 40 minutes... but start checking them at 30 if they're starting to look really browned.

Thanks Casey! I want to give the bread as gifts and I think a full-sized loaf might be too big. I'll try the little ones at 30 min or so - my apt oven is also "unreliable" like in the other post I just read.
