shell- I think I want to try this too, never had salmon loaf.. but then I'd never had a lot of things other people grow up on and this sounds yummy and like something I could make and package up to eat here at work nuked.... DH won't try it- he HATES salmon!

YES... I made it in 4 small disposible foil pans and gave 3 of them away...my DH would not try it either. Cook it up... and freeze some, take in micro containers for work....YUMMERS!!

I brought the last of the left overs for lunch today .... I should have kept one more of the pans instead of giving it to my boss....LOL

DH and I both loved it. Much better than your "traditional" salmon loaf. I give it a "thumbs up"!

Oh, that is WONDERFUL....I'm so glad you liked it!! I just talked to Mom & Dad too...and they said it was really good. Mom said, "You know what it reminded me of when it was in the oven?....MY GRANDMA'S!" And it sounded like she was ready to cry.... But a good cry...

I'm TRYING to get my hands on some of her other recipes too!
