Thank you to everyone who responded to my Soy "Vanilla" pudding question I had. I tried Silk Soy Vanilla with a instant pudding. I had pretty good results. The pudding was a little liquidy. I add some whipped cream to it and I would suggest that if you can tolerate it. I started to make a pie with it and grahm cracker crust but, it was way to liquidy for that. ( Not sure. Is liquidy even a word?)OH WELL. Thanks again. Fembeth

Try boiling it a bit= whisking constantly- it thickens nicely on its own that way
