Does anyone know anything about Vegan Shortening? The number of fat grams?? etc. Anne
Vegan Shortening Spectrum Organic Vegan Shortening Nonhydrogenated, no trans fats, cholesterol-free, less saturated fat than butter. If you never cooked with shortening before you became a vegetarian, try this in your frostings, pie crusts, and cookies!
