Been thinking about you. How are things at home? I know what it's like coming "home" in between semesters. How is your tummy managing? Anyway, got any cool summer recipes? I live for the BBQ. Any favourites?

Three good grilling recipes I can think of off the top of my head are the Korean Barbecue Tofu, tofu marinated in the All-Purpose Tofu Marinade, and the Tunaburgers, all of which I've submitted to the board. See Mags' index for help in finding the recipes. (Thanks, Mags!)
Being home is okay. It can be difficult though to eat as I should when my family eats a lot of fish-salad-and-vegies kind of dinners with NO soluble fiber base at all (unless someone cuts some bread).
Speaking of fish, my dad has been grilling a lot of that on our little charcoal grill--everything from tuna steaks to tilapia fillets. Usually Mom lets the fish marinate for a few minutes first in some soy sauce, fresh lemon or lime juice, fresh garlic, etc., and then Dad grills it.
If I think of more good grilling ideas I'll post 'em.
