Any ideas for bean sprouts?

Last night was a horrible cooking disaster- Pad Thai nightmare! I don't even want to talk the details
I was so horrible that I made my BF try a bite and he immediately felt sick, as did I. Just from taste, cause there where no triggers in it. THat is how you know you made something truly awful!
At least it gave me a reason to go out and get sushi for dinner
But, now I have a whole bunch of leftover beansprouts, what in the world can I do with them? Anyone know how long they stay good for? Are they even safe to eat? Do I cook them or eat them raw? I left them raw in the Pad Thai, but I didn't wind up eating it anyways, so it doesn't really matter!

Pad thai is a tough one. Authentic pad thai has way too many exotic ingredients for me to attempt. LOL!

I would say to go ahead and use the beansprouts in stir-frys... you could add them to any chinese-type dish... like a sweet-and-sour, or a chow mein/lo mein. I'd say you can cook them, too, but not too much - I don't think they'd be too tasty cooked well-done, but they'd be fine quickly stir-fried.

I don't know if you ever go to the fat-free vegetarian archive, but they had some pretty good chinese recipes... this sweet and sour is really good. I just make it with whatever vegetables I have handy, fresh and frozen, and it's *always* come out good.

I find they only last about 3 days so get cooking!
