Faster way to make better than Cheesecake?

Hi I really want to make the Better than Cheesecake recipe from the book for a family get-together tomorrow, but I don't have a springform pan. (Can you believe Macy's was all out?) My sister-in-law has a pan and is going to bring it to the party, but I just noticed how long the cake needs to sit (several hours - overnight). Is there any way to make this recipe faster? Any help would be great. Thanks! Panda

Sometimes I have put things in the freezer for speed but I would say try to bake the cake in 2 cake pans and serve in the pans. Cheesecake is yucky when it hasn't gotten cold enough (from personal experience). Or people make cheescake bars in baking pans (you know the 9x13 kind) and that is pretty much the same. Just a thought.
