Did you know that Prunes not that any of us IBS-D'rs would use this but did you know that it is natural maker of sorbitol and so is pears? Did anyone else know this?
I found this in First magazine. This months magazine has alot of interesting things in there.

Hi Terry,

Even though I wouldn't touch a prune with a ten foot pole, this info is very interesting. Here is something I found on the web that confirms that.

Sorbitol is evil and I stay away from it. Usually I read labels to find it. How do you read labels on fruit?
