I'm back from vacation!

I'm going to try to get caught up on some posts, but I know it will be impossible to get caught up on everything. I hope all of you are doing well.
Hubby and I had a nice week off. Just stayed close to home and made a few "day trips" nearby. Did a lot of hiking, found some more arrowheads, fishing, touristy stuff, etc. I never once had an IBS attack!!! The doc increased my Effexor to 150 mg a week ago and I seem to be doing real good on it. Just a little tired today...but that could be from staying up late, too. Not ready to be back at work.....ya know.

Sounds like fun! I am hoping to do the same thing soon, take some days off to spend on close to home things (trying to save some $$ right now!)
Time off from work can REALLY mend the mind!

i missed you, too. It was good to get away from work though and have some quality time with hubby. I may even take a trip this Saturday by myself to see my grandmother in a little town two hours away. That's a big test for me right now. I'm feeling good, though and know I can do it. She is moving into an assisted living complex and wants to give me her sewing maching. She has made many quilts on that machine and it means alot to me that she wants me to have it.
