Hey everyone!
I haven't been around a lot recently - I miss you guys so much! I've had A LOT going on. The biggest thing that's had the most impact on me I'd say is that Chris and I have called off the wedding. I just really didn't have the time or energy to hang out on the board a lot while dealing with this, and I felt bad about it. I know I shouldn't, because there are so many awesome people around here that help each other out, but still I missed everyone so much!!! I admit I did come around and lurk sometimes - I loved reading the posts, especially the ones about bras, CB, new jobs, hostage cats, etc. LOL Oh yeah - and the one with all the cool pics!! 
So, basically now I'm looking for an apartment and getting ready to move, but in between I'd like to update the recipe index, birthdays, and basically keep in touch more.
Anyway, I just wanted to give a little update, because I've gotten lots of emails asking what's up and where I'm at, and that basically sums it up.

Can you believe it? I'm sitting here, crying. What a wuus I am. I hate it when I do that.
Sweetheart, I love your new old pic. It's like having you back home again. I've missed you very much. Every time I'd see the little puppy come running up to the monitor and bark at me, with an envelope in his mouth, I'd say to myself, "Self! It's an e-mail from Mags!" And I'd rapidly zoom into my e-mail program, only to be disappointed each and every time.
I knew you were going through a bad time, and I wanted to help you, but I didn't want to push myself on you or be a pest; I figured you'd talk to me when you were ready.
I won't ask what happened; all I'm gonna say is that I admire you very much for listening to your heart and acting accordingly. You've grown.
SOOOO glad to have you back. Please stay.

Hey Mags,
Good to have you back, sorry to hear about the wedding, but I'm sure you know if you ever decide you want to talk about it you've got whole lots of support here.
Besides now you can get on with important things like discussing the merits of thongs

Mags, I'm glad you got back on! I've been like Bev, hoping you'd emailed but alas, no  Now I see how much you've been through and I don't blame you!
Just remember that we're all your family here, and you vent to us and get support from us whenever you're feeling down. It's so good to have you back! Good luck with your move!
