I've never taken benefiber. I took Metamucil for yrs and now citrucel clear powder at bedtime. My Dr. said to take it morning and night but it was always just too much for me. So I just stick to one big scoop at bedtime.

Bev, I certainly know that feeling... when EVERYTHING you eat seems to bother you. That's another reason maybe it wasn't the ADBs... I'd give them another chance once you're feeling a little better. I go through those phases too and it's so frustrating. Get well soon.

Bev, I've had a ton of trouble finding SFS that didn't bother me too. I missed the acacia story... that started bothering you?? Even though it used to be okay? Weird. Honestly, the acacia bothered me right from the start. I was lucky enough to find that Fiber Choice works for me... even though it's supposed to be bad. Hey, whatever works. I hope you find a good SFS for yourself too.

Hey Sis,

I am happy to hear you are feeling better....must be if you went shopping! Shopping always lifts my spirits. Good idea to stay away from the fiber for awhile. Let your tummy take a vacation. Personally, I can't handle fiber and don't take any. shhhhhh!!! Don't tell LS!!! I have a feeling that you will be doing a lot better tommorrow.

Keep us posted.

Bevvy, you just do whatever you think will help you feel better, okay?! You know I want what's best for you and YOU are the best judge of that.

Treat yourself real good. Get lots of sleep and you'll be your perky self again in no time.

PS I bruise if I even THINK of touching something, so I totally relate to that!

The test will come tomorrow morning when I don't have my Benefiber. I'm not looking forward to it because I've been sick every morning for the past 5 mornings....

Girlfriend, I gotta tell ya, it's too bad you don't like nuts, because "Nutz Over Chocolate" is the BEST. I'm sorry, but I didn't like the Chocolate Peppermint. I gave it to hubby.

Right now, I'm thinkin' the heck with ADBs. The heck with SFS. Maybe this would be a good time to just stop eating all together and lose a little weight .....

Thanks again,
Bev

Yeah, the Donnatal would have probably helped this morning, but I was just fed up with ALL meds and ALL supplements. I was half hoping to just go ahead and throw up and get rid of everything in my system and then never eating again!

See how I am?

So what flavor SoyFee did you get? I'm still waiting for my order for French Vanilla, Chai and House Blend. So far my fave is Original Roast, but I have a feeling I'm gonna really like the House Blend. If you got the Dark Roast, it's pretty strong; I had to put some soy milk in it.

You're right; IBS-D DOES "sux" -- but nothing could be worse than having C and not being able to get that out of you. At least that's what I tell myself when I'm sitting on the pot and it's running out of me. (oh, sorry....)

LauraSue, SHAME ON YOU! (Hey, that rhymns! I'm a poet and didn't know it.....)

Girlfriend, you still eat DAIRY? OMG! You can't do that. You just can't. No, no, no.

Oh, hell. Who am I to say? I can't even take a damn square of ADBs without having cramps!

ARGH!
