DAGNABBIT!! I hurt myself sleeping!! How pathetically feeble is that??!! I somehow pulled a muscle in my back. I can barely move. I remember rolling over on my stomach sometime this morning. I don't usually sleep on my stomach, so I must have moved wrong trying to turn over or something. I FAILED SLEEP!!!

So, me "ow" again.

Goals for today:

1. find a remedial sleep course online and take it!
2. feel like an idiot!
3. laugh at myself!!

And just as bad, the WORST injury I've ever had - a pulled muscle so bad that it still hurts, several years later - I did getting out of bed. 'Cause, ya know, that's a really strenuous, dangerous activity!

Grab that heating pad, and feel better soon!

It hurrrrrrrts too!! Hope it gets better soon, it does make you feel like you can't do anything right!

I tripped walking down a wheelchair ramp, very very very short, just off of a side walk. I fell on my face trying to walk up two steps, this has happened several times!!! I drive a 4x4 four door truck, one day, (thank goodness this happened at home). I openened the door to get out and fell flat on my face, hit the concrete and almost lost my breathe!! It is not like getting out of a car, there are running boards to step on before you step down onto the ground, a nice little drop there! What an idiot!!! hehehe

I will stop now, I could go on and on, hmmmm maybe we should start a thread...

OR, you could get yourself one of the dummies books like I did for the computer: "Sleeping For Dummies."

Sorry, Girlfriend. It's not funny having a bad back. Got frozen peas? Just lie on a bag for 20 minutes; it'll help a lot.

I like your goals for the day. Don't get bogged down, though, with too much. And I think you should add to that list, "hug Andy." Spend some time on that one -- it's guaranteed to make you better.

Hey LS,

Don't feel too bad about hurting yourself sleeping. I hurt myself yawning. I yawned really big and raised my arms to stretch (you know how you do sometimes when you really are letting out a big yawn) and pulled the muscle under my shoulder blade in the back. It hurt so bad I almost fell off my chair. Darn, and it hurt for a long time, too. Now when I yawn I do it without moving a muscle except my mouth....of course that is moving all the time anyway!! ha ha We are all laughing <<<<with you>>>>not at you!!!

Hope your ouchie feels better soon

ROTFLMBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bevrs, I knew I could count on you!!

Yeah, Andy actually has me on a two hugs a day program. He gives great hugs and I get one in the morning before he leaves for work and another one at night before I go to bed. Hug therapy definitely works!
