I finally have internet at home. I don't think I will ever be able to catch up on the last 31/2 weeks I have missed here. I'll have to try though. I missed you all and am very happy to be back in touch.

how are you doing? How far are you in the hypno CD program? I asked this the other day, but can't remember if you had a chance to answer. I am after the session 4 part where it starts to alternate between the first sessions. Am doing pretty good thanks to a combination of medication and hypno.

Janey, you look SOOOOOO familiar to me. Ever since I first saw your pic, I've been trying to think of where I met you. How long have you been in Spain? Were you ever in San Francisco? Didn't I use to work with you at the law firm? No, that's not it.... Wait, weren't we --
OOOOOH, no, wait! A light just went off. You are the "spittin' image" of a gal I used to row with in Petaluma. Actually, she's quite a sculler. She can be gone for a long time, then show up at a race and blow everyone away.

I hate when that happens, you think you know someone but really don't. I have been over here for 9 1/2 years. I visited San Fransisco in the summer of 1993 but was only there for a couple of days.
I wish we knew each other because you are a great person.

Nugget,
I just started session 3 yesterday. I fell beind when we moved and had to go back 10 days and re-listen to catch up. I am so glad that you are feeling better. At times I feel better too and then other times I still feel very anxious.
Tomorrow we are going on a day trip and I don't feel nervous right now but I am sure tomorrow morning I am going to wake up and my stomach will be in knots.
I already have all the foode I am taking with me and think that I will be fine. I love going places but hate the traveling to get there.
