I finally had to take a codeine for my sciatica. This is the worst attack I've had since I got fibro and it just won't quit! So if I get a little sloppy here, that's why!!

Hey LS! How's that codeine doing? It's great stuff, isn't it?
What's sciatica? I've never worked that out. 
Also, I've been trying to read Devin Starlanyl's book and I was wondering...do you follow her diet suggestions and if so, how do you do that with the IBS diet?

Sciatica is pain that extends down the leg due to pressure or inflammation of the sciatic nerve in the lower back.
No, I don't follow Devin's diet. The Arthritis Foundation says that no specific diets have been proven to help, so I stick with Heather's IBS diet.
