I have been taking the peppermint caps for several months now and love them! Please do not read further without a sense of humor. A couple of months ago I had a semi-painful attack. While on the pot, I noticed the familiar oder of mint. When I realized where it was coming from, I laughed so hard I almost fell off the throne. My husband knew that I was in the middle of an attack and thought that maybe I had gone nuts. Now, every once in awhile that peppermint smell comes back. My husband refers to it as "The Peppermint Poos". Sorry to gross you out, But I find it really funny. Leslie

I've never taken the peppermint. If my husband finds out about the peppermint poo he might make me start. Thanks for the laugh, I needed that.

i can't tolerate the peppermint stuff because it gives me heartburn, but i was taking it for a little while--- i totally know what you're talking about with the peppermint poos.
don't you find it a bit disconcerting to have the same taste/odor from both ends!? lol

Pammy Sue! There's your picture!! It's great, you look so familiar to me, I bet we're related somehow. I'm originally from Michigan and you just look like family!! Did any of your family orginally come from the South? Or do you live in southern Indiana? I should have known from your name! In addition to me, Laura Sue, we have Mary Jo, Mary Lou, Mary Ruth, Myrtle Jo, Jeanette Kay, Irma Jean, Myra Ann. I am NOT kidding!! Anyway, HIYA, COUSIN!!

I have lived in southern Indiana for all of my life, but I have family all over the country. My dad grew up in Toledo, Ohio and attended the University of Michigan. His brother lived in Michigan. We could very well be cousins!

There ya go! Practically my whole family went to U of M. I also had a great aunt in Toledo. Okay, it's official, from now on we're cousins!! Oh, plus my grandmother was married to a man from southern Indiana briefly!

All of my family from Michigan are Irish. No, not the nationality. That is our last name. Sound familiar?

No, but there's a state park called Irish Hills!! Maybe it was named after your family rather than the country!!
