TGIF Goals and Fibro Rating

I'm kinda icky today due to so much rain last night. Starting out a 4 on the fibro scale and left lower back/hip still hurts -- gotta go stretch it out and do some heating pad time.
Goals today are go to dry cleaners, work on my jewelry drawer (it's a MESS), finish my manicure and of course genealogy!! For those of you keeping score at home that's FOUR goals instead of the usual three!! (Even though I generally only finish two of the three but who's counting!!)

i have only a few goals today:
get a shower (lazy!)
get to this job interview
go out to a play and then to the bar tonight.
that's it! i can do this! 
hope your muscles are looser ASAP, LS. i'm off to stretch before this interview, too.

Yup, Jen, I got that kink out of my lower back, YAY! I just got back from the dry cleaners. GAD it's hot and humid here today. I could barely walk the three blocks, and I was giving "snail's pace" a new meaning!!
Okay, it's genealogy time!!!!!
And I'm a 6! No fibro achies right now, YAY!!
