Nice to meet you. Thanks for all the incouraging words...It's so nice to hear from someone who actually knows what I'm going threw...Hubby is sympathetic but doesn't really understand...

You asked what I was taking for an antibiotic...it is Flagyl also I've taken it before and I usually do well for a few months then things go down the toilet...had to slip that one in...I do have both of the books from Heather but have been scared of that fibre word for fear that it would make it worse for the D. I do make the Rice Pudding alot and find that it helps some days that is all I can eat minus the raisins...found that out the wrong way...

Since I live in Edmonton Alta Canada I can't find citrucel here I've looked forever for it...All I can find is Metimucil and tried it once and that was enough for me...BIG mistake...so should I try to order the fibre that Heather sells...And you mentions some other thing you take starts with a Jarro or something like that...where would a person get that from...sorry for all the questions but again nice to ask someone who actually knows what I'm talking about and understands...Thanks...again
