Fibro scale
10=doesn't get any better than this
9=can do everything
8=feeling pretty good
7=kinda sorta ok
6=tired but not achy & sick
5=base line functional, can do anything, but not everything
4=below minimal
3=pretty sick
2=if andy needed to be taken to er, i'd get up, but tough
1=if bldg was burning, I'd get up
0=kill me now

I actually am a 7 at this very instant and normally by 9pm I'm toast! I had a little migraine hangover during the day which was making me feel a little drained and low energy, but I guess I rallied around 5pm or so. Had a real nice dinner out with Andy, and the weather was pretty nice today. Tomorrow it's going into the 90's tho, so I'm staying inside by the a/c!!
I guess I better get my butt to bed. See YAWL tomorrow.
