Hey Jen, I'm sorry to hear that that's what you have. I don't know too much about it, but it seems as if you're keeping a positive attitude about things. My cousin who's going through medical school has it. It does cause some problems, but she manages to stay really active and do most of the things she loves. Hopefully you'll be able to do the same. Knitting is very hip again. Believe or not lots of 20 something women who consider themselves very cool and hip have taken up knitting. It's some sort of nostalgia/ironic/hipster thing...

It really seems like people with IBS must be blessed with a variety of other diseases as well. I'm sorry to hear about it... at least having a diagnosis you know and can move forward. Sometimes I think not knowing what's wrong with yourself is way more scary.

Bev does knit. And she's a fabulous teacher too! She's helped me out bunches - although I've been on break quite a bit lately with too much other stuff going on. I can't wait to get back into it though.
